Bell's palsy: it can happen on another side

A lady came in my office lately from out of state. She has Bell's Palsy. A year ago, she had it at one side for one month before I saw her. It took me 10 days to cure her.

And this time it happens on another side. When I saw her, She looked very stressful and scared. She just could not believe this can happen on her the second time. One of her doctors even said to her she looks fine. However, she knew thing goes wrong. She suspected she might get a stroke. After checking her limbs and face, I told her she got Bells Palsy.

Her physical type is phlegm heat due to Kidney Yin deficiency. Week ago, due to the state she lives, she felt hot, so used an electrical face blow toward her head. The next day, she felt pain at the side of her head. In morning her one side of face just muscle tone. And it happened to be the side formally healthy one. However, this time condition was better than year ago. She came just days after the Bell's palsy started.

I treated her every day for five days. Her facial tone has been improving. Her eye can close completely. Her mouth mostly moves to center. Since she had to go back to her state and continue her job, I advised her on Do's and Don't to continue healing.
